Terms of use

Terms

The rules for using this site and the waitlist. Last updated 3 October 2026.

1. Scope and provider

These terms govern your use of this website and of the Sniperly private-beta waitlist. The provider is Jan Kozak-Giegerich, Heinrich-Heine-Str. 11, 64319 Pfungstadt, Deutschland. Full details are in the Impressum.

This page is a waitlist only. No product is sold, licensed or delivered here.

2. What joining the waitlist means

Submitting your email address and confirming it places you on a list of people who may be invited to a private beta. It is not a contract, not a purchase and not a guarantee of access.

We decide who is invited and when, at our discretion. We may close the waitlist, change the product, delay the beta or cancel it entirely without notice and without liability. No fee is charged at any point in this process.

3. Your obligations

4. Availability

We make no promise that this site is available without interruption. It may be taken offline for maintenance, or permanently, at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The name Sniperly, the logo, the page design and its contents belong to the provider or its licensors. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence we are liable only where a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) has been breached, and then only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. Liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.

Because this site provides no paid service, the above applies in particular to any expectation of receiving beta access.

7. Data protection

How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
